Yesterday the MTB Europe Championship at Zoetermeer Netherlands was opened. The first race was the team relay. A team has to consist of 4 riders of one country, one male and one female elite rider as well as a U23 and junior rider.
 
Thomas Litscher as final rider for Switzerland
The Swiss team with its riders Näf, Walder, Schneitter & Litscher was favored. At the end the Swiss team won the silver medal before Sweden.
